It notes the very significant IMPROVEMENT of the compliance of our Town of Fulton to comply with WI State Law dealing with OPEN records and meetings. It also describes episodes inthe recent past where Open Meeting protocols were mangled.
	A New Opportunity for Fresh Faces on the Fulton Town Board by Dave Brown Ten Fulton citizens took out nomination papers to run for town board in 2001. What made that election so different from all the others before and since? It was conducted with unnumbered seats. Read the history of Fulton's illegal election process that has kept a small cadre of the "old guard" in power while discouraging new faces in town government. That will change in April, 2007.
