In September, all property owners in Fulton received a 2008 Notice of Assessment Change  provided under a contract with Accurate Appraisal, LLC. This company replaced the town's previous assessor, Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC

Most folks were shocked to see big changes in their land values and home assessments.
